The ice cubes in the freezer were already waiting for us – it was a pleasant surprise. Even a change of bed linen and towels was offered without us asking, and more toilet paper was provided. In addition to 2 large outdoor terraces, there is also a small balcony in the apartment where two people can sit and watch the activity on the pedestrian street from above. The apartment overall – very clean. Internet access was improved after we asked and later worked well. The staff were very friendly, multilingual, and easy to reach. Key pickup outside office hours – no problem and easy.
